Become a Vendor
Booths vary in size and cost.
· Each booth receives a 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, booth sign, 4 Vendor Badges with complimentary admissions to the Expo for the weekend. Booths will be surrounded by low pipe & drape (36” high), and every booth has high pipe & drape (8’) in the back.
· Exhibitors will need table coverings as they aren’t provided. Pipe & Drape colors are Purple & Fuschia
· Wifi is included
· Move in date Friday July 31st, 12-4 PM only
· There are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
The Expo producer will be providing a variety of health and wellness therapies and products, and will limit the number of exhibitors in each category. Exhibitors must disclose all services, products and therapies they’ll be offering at the show, so the Expo producer can ensure the show is balanced, and that the highest quality vendors are in attendance. Exhibitors will receive an email confirmation of their acceptance, and their booth payments deemed final then. Once accepted, invoices and future details and reminders will be emailed.
The Expo producer does not guarantee that exhibitors will have space at the expo. The Expo producer does not guarantee that exhibitors will have their desired booth location, and reserves the right to choose or move the booths.
Exhibitors agree to promote the Expo, by putting it on their website, Facebook page, email newsletters and handing out promotional materials. Your efforts will guarantee a stronger show.
Booth Sharing is allowed, if the Expo Producer approves both exhibitors. There may be an upcharge to share the booth, and you may need to order additional tables or chairs. Each vendor at the booth must disclose the services & products that they’ll provide, and sign the application form.
If your booth is not accepted to the show, all payments will be refunded. If you do not show for the Expo, your payments are non-refundable.
No open flames or sage/incense to clear the space! Please be thoughtful of your neighbors with noise/music. No soliciting clients in the hallways or outside of your booth. There's no use of tape, adhesive name tags or balloons at this venue. There will be a snack bar available with beverages, salads & wraps to purchase. Bring a refillable water bottle if you like
By participating in this Expo, you agree that pictures of yourself, your booth and products may be used for marketing purposes.
Vendors understand that there are NO REFUNDS for any reason!
